I have like Shana ( Alisa kasyaonova ) for long time and sign-up a membership of her website ( www.shanadreams.com ) about one weeks ago. This was the first time for over one years i signed-uo a membership of this website. At this time was it "CC-bill" who was their billingcompany and it was not any problem to sign-up.

But when i try to loged-in by my log-in information it not worked and i try about 10 times, without any results. So i wrote to CC-bill as well the webmaster about the log-in problem. After about three-four days i did"t get any answer..so i wrote again. I did"t get any answer from the webmaster, but get answer from cc-bill they canceled my subscription and will refund my money about one month.

At the same time i discovered they ( shanadreams ) have changed billingcompany to "segpay billing company" so i did a new registration as new member and paid 25$ more.....with the same result....i can"t log-in. So i wrote to segpay as well the webmaster of shanadreams ( two different mailadresses ) and tell them my problem.

After some days i feel my quite bloody damn and wrote back to the billing company, as well the webmaster and wondering what happen!! I get answer from the billingcompany the want to refund my money, but it will takes some time. without any else explicable.

From the webmaster after three different mails....nothing at all!!!

So please..don"t support this site right now.

my advice...demand a chargeback...
the billing company should refund you the money you have paid.

alternatively...contact your credit card company and demand a refund...

You may be able to recover your money, but unfortunately it will not help finding the gal of your dreams.

But...they will not contact the webmaster (or the person who runs the financial stuff)
Any complaints will have to be made directly to the webmaster. Tell him that you have demanded a chargeback, and tell him why you have done this. Money doesn't speak...it shouts =))

I don't know about the other company but I generally don't have problems with CCBill. Hope it all work out though & you get your money back. Who knows, third (sign-up time) might be the charm. (Or maybe not)
