It's of public domain that Petter and Grig share some Web environment ressources, payment channels and other things, but now I'm thinking about the members of Galitsin-Archives --- they simply cannot enter to Grig's galleries ...

Dear Subscribers!


This is a personal message from Grigiri Galitsin.
I receive a great number of letters where subscribers ask
me 2 main questions:

1) Why do two sites with the photos of one person exist at
the same time? Isn't it just a fraud? What should the subscribers
of the www.galitsin-archives.com, who subscribed for more than a
month, do?

2) The second questions is about the 3 month subscription for
$99,95 on the www.galitsin-news.com

Before answering these questions I would like to give you some
upright information about myself (except those commendations and
compliments reviews, the press and some editors pay to me (.)).

I'm a photographer from Russia with good education and splendid
taste. I'm in the net from the 1998 year, i.e., with the appearance
of the most popular and famous websites, the content of which is
not a hardcore. Photography is everything for me! I collaborated
with the most well-known wed-sites, and my photos, with and without
my name on the covers, are familiar to too many people all over
the world. I work a lot fanatically and that's why I have never
complained about lack of money. But my cherish dream has always been
to launch my own website in the net.

Here is the answer to my first question.

1) I live in Russia and that's why the conditions of my life
differ greatly from the majority of my subscribers' life conditions.
It has always been a great problem to start my own erotic paid site
in the net. I'd been selling my photos for a long time but I was
always dreaming of my own business. I met a person whose name was
Petter Hegre. He is a handsome young man with blue eyes, clean face
and long hair. When BBC was shooting a short film for their program
and called him "Ponytailed photographer"
I have no aim to discredit Petter Hegre or any person from his team.
I treat him with due respect, that's why I want to limit myself
only to facts.
My acquaintance with Petter took place because of one of my models.
Her name is Katia Mitina. Everyone who saw my early works must have
remembered this girl. He saw my photos and had a desire to shoot her.
He asked me for help personally. After a short correspondence he
came to Russia and took my favorite model to Norway for shooting.
He made thousands of her photos for a short period of time and
published a book with her. Then he went to Egypt with her and made
thousands of photos again. I want to note that I had neither
percent nor interest in this performance. Just promises from the
Petter`s side. More than that, I took pictures of Katia Mitina only
once after that.
Katia Mitina was dissatisfied with the money Petter paid her for the
work. She bought only cheap watch and some summer cloth for that money.
But there was a contract where Petter promised Katia 10% from all the
projects with her participation. I can say that after publishing
the book (that had a great success) she got 500 dollars. Thousands
of her photos were published on the Petter`s site, his book is on sale
very well. Katia had been waiting for the money for 4 years; she gave
birth to her daughter and was very hard-up. Hundreds of letters were
written to Petter with requests to meet his engagements. Katia`s heen
waiting for 2 years for a lawyer that could defend her without prepayment.
I helped Katia to find wanted people and I hope that she will get her
money from Petter.
I`m sorry for a lyrical digression from the main topic for many people
are really interested in this!

My business is simpler :
Last year in March I met Petter to discuss the points of our joint
project which you know very well (www.galitsin-archives.com). There
was an oral agreement where I gave Petter my photos on rent terms and
he gave obligations to promote this new project with the help of his
crew. I had newer signed any contracts and I had never given him
copyrights on my photos. This was not a 50/50 agreement. Petter
demanded a great percent for his service and I agreed because he
promised me splendid prospects. He really can convince people!
I gave him my photos and films and the project started.
Before start I had an advantageous agreement on my photos selling
but I declined it only because of this project. My dissatisfaction
began as early as the second month came. I spent money on models,
studio and film cutting and I didn't receive anything in return.
Money, Petter sent me was mot enough even for current expenses.
In my friends-webmasters opinion I hadn't receive even my small
percent that Petter promised!
I had to start my own project. That was a great work, I spent a lot
of my own money, but I did it! I was very pleased with the result and
I hoped for some further collaboration with Petter.
After I opened my project Petter stopped paying me my percent. The only
things I got from him from February 2004 were letters with abusing,
insulting content. Since that time I didn't receive any money for my
photos on www.galitsin-archives.com. Out of respect for the subscribers
I was waiting for more than a month before I took any steps to put
an end to illegal use of my photos. I found myself in a difficult
situation like you, my dear subscribers! For a month I made a
newsletter on some subscribers addressed I had to warn you not to
keep on subscribing on www.galitsin-archives.com because I stopped
supplying it with my photos. I used all available assets to warn
the subscribers!

A few days ago I apply to CCBill with detailed explanation and request to
stop the subscription on www.galitsin-archives.com because any further
use of my photos on this site is illegal. I don't have an access to the
subscribers list. If CCBill agree to give me that list I will grant
discounts and a possibility of access on my new website according to given
information. If CCBill doesn't give me such information I think they will
return you the money you've spent on the subscription. Anyway, take my
faithful excuses for the discomfort you feel!!!

2) The 3 month subscription for $99,95 is not a mistake!

Our team is sorry for we still haven't informed you of one of our
websites main news and difference. We have reserved this type of
subscription for the perfect quality films lovers. You can watch
the films as a preview in the .wmf format. Our team is sure that
that type of review is not very pleasant because of its low quality.
We will give an opportunity to watch a full-screen video of
perfect quality to all perfect quality films lovers. Full-screen film
of the .avi format can be taken only on the professional digital
camera and it occupies a huge volume. No website in the net can provide
a possibility of the full-screen video review. We will do it for the first
time despite costs. For the high traffic cost we can give that opportunity
only to 3 month subscribers for $99,95. We are sure that this is a fair
solution. We can also make an annual subscription for $99,99 according
to the same criteria, i.e. without a possibility to watch films of
perfect quality.

Anya (skinny girl with dark skin & locks) was from Hegre but I removed her after having problems getting paid. I removed all galleries to Hegre as well.

You may guess how shocked I was after noticing all my links redirecting from Galitsin-archives to Hegre... don't know what to do, should I change the links to galitsin-news.com or what. Remove all links?

I don't know what you should do, Boss, but I don't think it is right for Hegre to redirect Galitsin links, and if you have trouble getting your payments, you should not provide a gateway service for him.

We have heard Grig's side of the story. It would be interesting to hear what Petter has to say.

That creates a problem for me. I was about to join Galitsin.archives mainly because of Olesia and Frosya. I like the older pictures more than the more recent stuff with them.

Now it looks as if the collection has been divided. I don't want to pay for two sites, and I don't want to give my money to a dodgy operator (which Grig tells us that Petter might be, but we need to learn the truth).

Just one more thing. There is a lot of money in the erotica business. I hope the girls get a fair share of it.

Well.......This is not the first I have heard of Petter's shady dealings . I have admired Grigiri's awesome photography and taste in women for many years and I have told him so . He always struck me as a hard working , honest , straight-up kind of guy . Until I hear convincing evidence stating otherwise , I am taking Grigiri's side on this , and will never again subscribe to anything Petter Hegre does , or steer business his way . I suspect all of you should do the same . He has a right to reply with his side of the story but I doubt very much he ever will , due in large part to the fact that Grigiri is most likely telling the truth (as I have always known him to do) and Petter IS dealing in a less than honest and ethical way . Wow , imagine that , dishonesty on the net.........SHOCKING!!!

Many people try to find the truth. I worked hardly, I work and I'll work despite of an inattention of one, hatred of others and dishonesty of the third. It is the main and unique essence (or "the truth")of an event.
Much old subscribers ask me about photos from galitsin-archives. I do not publish them while for the several reasons. First, not all those photos like personally to me. Many unnecessary photos and not so good models were necessary to photograph by the request of Petter. Second, many old series all the same will appear on my new site - people like not only "new" models, but also "old". Thirdly, as already many subscribers were convinced, I easily maintain rate in 3 updatings daily (and 95% of photos are absolutely new material).
I am offended with that mistrust which to me is tested by some subscribers as count me dishonest. But I can say, that personally I respond only that is my personal new project.
I'll answer for all your question with all my pleasure.
