Er... Don't have a clue as far as what I did wrong here..... 
But this makes me sound like a nasty bad stupid jerk, and I don't appreciate much .. 
The last time I got slapped on the wrist it was a mistake from you guys, and the time before that it was for requesting twice in a day (actually in YOUR day since I'm far from US time)..... Unless you tell me what I did wrong I can hardly "not do it again"!!! And for the "this is not the first time... " I also have no clue what you are talking about.........
