Ever since the Most Requested subforum was broken into 3, the Emily18 thread has been showing up in the A-D section, and I've been unable to access it. It redirects me to http://www.peachyforum.com/Msgs/default.aspx?MessageID=6#99

Is this a known issue? I've noticed that there hasn't been any posts in the thread for quite some time, which indicates that other users may be having this problem as well.

Then there's been a "rogue" thread running quite successfully until the site revamp - posting continued until about a week ago. Oh well, never mind.

could you please explain it once more in a simple way why it's closed? my english is very bad and so i don'treally get the point...

Es hat zu tun mit den neuen gesetzlichen Bestimmungen in USA (sogen. Paragraf 2257) und da Peachy einen USA Server benützt, soll man hier gemäß den amerikanischen Bestimmungen operieren.

Viele sites wie Peachy haben jedoch entschieden abzuwarten, da bei neuen Gesetzen es zuerst Jurisprudenz geben soll und vielleicht dieses und jenes abgeschwächt wird.

Es ist also durchaus möglich daß in kurzem diese threads wieder geöffnet werden.

Hier hat man aber zur Zeit gewählt für den sicheren Weg.

Hoffentlich jetzt alles deutlich.

Falls Du noch Fragen hast.....  Bitte sehr, ich werde versuchen die zu beantworten.
