Can anyone help identify either the name of the actress or the movie from which these two image stills were taken?

fast forward to around 1:30-1:50 and I could swear I've seen her face before in a different video. student/teacher action in a classroom maybe? she was the student and may have been younger then.
would have been around the mid-1990s.
any help would be appreciated.
