She's the body shot for some celebrity fake I saw recently ... for some reason, the name I want to put to the set/girl is "Arcadia" but the thread at http://peachyforum.com/forums/t/179075.aspx calls her Karen.

It's been some time since the set was first published, so there's some room for dispute and confusion (as you'll see).
