No, she is not Katya.  She first appeared in MET back in 2002 at, their then sister site, MET-Girls with the cover title "French Teen Beauty".  Although she was not "named" at that time, she was later identified at MET as "Marina".  Of course, with MET the name is not real anyway.  This is just another example of MET re-releasing privous material at MET-Models.
