One of those 'know I've seen her before things', anyone got a line on this lil thing?

Not really anything new but these give a good look at the box, it's from Homegrown's Amateurs 2 (no credited names therefore ) and it's the third scene. Figured after over a year, maybe a fresh set of eyes could tell me more?
