I can understand why one wouldn't think it's her in that "teens for cash" set though.  The make-up and blonde hair do change her look a good bit.  BTW, that tattoo is different from her old tatty.  It used to be a cheesy little cat with "KIMBERLY" scripted.  This new one must have been done to cover that.
