Perhaps a stupid question.  As my info shows, I live in Russia, and Russia is on the sh*tlist of a number of sites, MC-Nudes, for example.  I cannot access their sites, links, at all - I just get an error 403 message:  your country is forbidden.  The obvious solution to this is a foreign proxy server but first, I'm cheap and don't want to pay for one, and second, I don't know how to find a free service or configure it.  Perhaps somebody can help.

Hey, thanks.  You know, this was all about getting some page to load and I stopped being lazy and found a workable solution on like the third link of my first google search, which I should've done before posting.  worked fine, just a slight reduction in speed...
