Definitely the same girl (not opinion, but fact) ... check for "Karina" sets on MetArt, if you are still having trouble seeing the forest for the trees.  It is also possible that the sun brings them out more, since only in her paler sets did someone go through the trouble to "hide" her moles.  In every set shot after the summer of 2004, her moles are clearly visible.  Even without a tan or moles, though, most people are able to identify this exceptionally blessed woman!

Maaaaybe - thing is, a bunch of the "dial-an-escort" places tend to advertise with photos of women who don't work for them. Discrepancies are explained away as "old photos." The fact that all the shots in the advertisement are from her MET-Art sets is pretty suspicious.
