You really threw me, Funky--I was looking for a much older structure  I was searching for "thatched" and finally got lucky after you added the coat of arms.  That the style doesn't really match a "white" country's history also confused me.

I wonder if Disney got his idea from here?

Maybe my hints were a little bit too far fetched.  It being in my hometown and knowing it very well.
