I can't imagine life without libido. One flew over the cuckoos nest? :)
Yeah. My naughty bits have been lobotomized, like Jack Nicholson at the end of the movie, staring blankly out into space. You know how people lose a limb and continue to feel it? ("Phantom Limb.") This is the mental version.
It's quite honestly, really freaking strange. My only consolation is that I just found out last night my wife is currently having the same issues. Ha. I hereby give you all permission to commence with jokes about marriage.

On a lighter note, and because this is a -not allowed- site, I will redeem my post with a related topic:
http://peachyforum.com/t/katie-cummings-221297.aspx
Don't know why... she just does it for me, especially videos.

[Edit] I just found out that if you string the letters "p," "r," "0 (zero)" and "n" together, Peachy erases it. Nice.

[Edit #2] I got my libido back the day after I posted this... not that anyone should care. Maybe I just needed to vent???

I'm sitting on a chair as well........dont like typing whilst standing. Plus  not allowed to move, large Tomcat on lap forbids it. I never joke about marriage, its too dam serious!, been avoiding it a long time. Hope Ts ok now, I got my new 'instruction book' back in february, get the updates soon. Solar panels appear to be giving a good return, my electric bill for year is nil, and if my projections come true should earn approx 1200 pounds per year. The smaller setup on out house is now charging eight heavy duty gel batteries, and i've set up an auto distribution board to charge them in pairs, without me having to check. And i've got first 24volt traction motor mounted with speed controller running a centre lathe. Already got low ampage lights so might just run those on inverter. Weather has been rather good, but I gather we are about to get the tail end of some hurricane that the yanks dont want anymore. Not gonna worry, I can sleep through anything. Drum

When are you going to start the factory? Tax leeches pre-emptied my solar panel plan, case purtaining. It's raining here but it's a farce. Who needs those droplets of H2O when we have unlimited supplies of distilled sewage? Don't need no strontium to make my garden grow. Why are germs named after Germans and viruses and bacteria not named after Russians? Camembert resisted the recession, but where is Napoleon now? And where is Bob when we need him most? Prolly scarpered off to Poland and entertaining the maids in his castle. It's raining here but it's a farce. We have unlimited supplies from worldwide distilleries but they need charcoal to filter their nutricinal substances. Nine CeX down... 31 more to go before end 2015. Need more Innis & Gunn beercaps. MOT soon.. hope pass. Let know how doing. Mike

Yeah, was on Innis n Gunn last week. I'm getting back into beer as a pals son has started a micro brewery behind his shop, and is supplying locally. Canadian style beers seem popular?. Finished attic insulation, prob why no cold weather yet. Now fully lit, carpet on floor and office chairs so you can move about sitting, and not having to crouch down. Thanks for filtering the nuclear rain before it reaches us. drum

Lord... I thought you would have shaved the attic instead of making it inhabitble. Yeah Innis and Gunn.. need more. Unfortunately don't supply over here. I could give them a good address though.

So here are the culprits: http://i.-SPAM-.com/n543GsY.jpg

I'm guessing they are 16V and the trafo goes up to 12V. Not sure yet, but they will make one hell of a din, if wired  up to the burglar alarm :D

Oh dear, where did the last few weeks go?. We've got some chilly weather at last, just cold and frost so far, minus 8c last night, bright sun today. Hope everyone's had a good xmas or winter break, and best wishes to all on peachy for the new year. Yep nephew and I propped up the bar in Lion for a few days, food there was very good, as was the merlot and beer. Bought three loco's at a fair few days before xmas, another fair next week!. No Innis n Gunn (drank it), but got two crates of assorted micro brews sent as present, just had bottle of Brown Ale that tasted like grapefruit, rather nice. Well if voltage is that low should'nt be any problem, just needed a constant dc power source. Best to all everywhere. Drum

East Coasters are freaking out. Apparently the Storm of the Century is on the way. Or should I say a "potentially historic" storm where we will get "crushed" by "paralyzing, crippling" snow. I'll believe it when I have to slog through it.

Ha, the blizzard apocalypse! According to the local weather stations, 18-24+ inches were expected over a 36 hour span. Gusting winds could create 30+ inch snow drifts. We got 2 1/2 inches. Looks like the Boston area got hit pretty bad though.

This disnowpointment was especially notable because The Man essentially shut down NYC. Cars were banned from roads. Trains and subways were shut down. People were told to stay home. I can't imagine how much money was lost because of it.

It was only later that the Feds admitted they should have added even the slightest acknowledgement that the storm could veer slightly east and almost skip the city altogether. They even admitted to NOT using their most reliable forcasting system. Local meteorologists apologized amid a social media backlash. As for the Mayor's office, we got the typical "Better safe than sorry."

The only cool part... Manhattan was a ghost town. Times Square was empty. I went outside at 2am and my neighborhood was covered in virgin snow. No footprints or tire tracks. Surreal.

I live about five miles north of Times Square and couldn't get down there... no transportation. I had to look for about a half hour to find a decent aerial live cam.

You can search Google Images for "storm juno times square deserted"

There are a few here: http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/new-york-snow-eerily-deserted-car-free-streets-like-scene-28-days-later-1485423

Second-to-last one here is pretty good: http://www.thrillist.com/news/new-york/incredible-photos-of-nyc-during-the-juno-blizzard-2015

Hallo, from Sunny South Coast with 30second long snow showers!. Our 'doom and gloom' newspapers were saying how bad it was going to be (gone back to princess diana stories today?). Followed the new york shutdown on late night radio, sounded like fun(?). Ice on garden ponds never more than 2mm thick, could do with some real cold to kill the bugs. Had trip up town last week, another next. Rebuilding railway stations so its a bit awkward at times, come to  that think rebuilding whole of london!. At least got to 'Ginger Pig' and spent fortune, freezer heaving a  bit. Got weakness for Smoked Toulouse Sausage and Cumbrian Faggots (no not those). Otherwise, hiding in shed making boats, giving grade six organ lessons (for free, must be slipping), and creating meals from bottom of freezer, and not looking at the dates. Oh yeah, and trying to restring and tune something with 47 strings, Drum

Had a day trip to Brighton on friday, Model Expo. Half term so full of 'orrible kids', picked up supplies and two boat hulls. Watched eight police cars raiding a boarded up shop on main drag, was a wet day and think they wanted action?. Its 'GEEK' weekend again, (google it), and they're launching a rocket with a gps transponder in it, so we can all track it, find landing and claim prize!. Should land in france.....hope they told french airforce?. drum

Restringing dulcimer drum? I have a few original lady Di bad news newspapers which need a new home. The cats won't accept them in the litter bin. Taxman caught me up a few weeks back so taking evasive action. The govt has employed 1000's more tax-collectors to check back down the line to furbish their own salary to diminish the employment figures before the election. On a more serious note kid had a more serious accident yesterday. Hit from behind standing still at red traffic light. Night in hoppy after landing on deck behind car.. full gear on but damage to bike yet unknown. Bit tired now... more soon. Mike

Nah, Psaltry. English Dulcimer is 72 or more. I got hit up rear by taxi many years back, he told police my lights were not on......at which point police pointed out motorbike lying in road mit lights on,, Oh, he must have crawled off pavement and turned them on was reply. Put lights on back of his topbox. Got love/hate relationship with taxman, gonna be hate next year when insurances pay out. Had a tryout of an folk lute (not so many strings), used to play full size years back, tempted. Never know wot you and number one son might inherit one day?. Might have to get new car to fit theatre organ in!. Tell S to get better armour. drum
