This girl is not an actress nor a model, but I hope someone can help me anyway.
What I have found out so far is that the slighty visible watermark reads "Gymphoto", which is a site that sells hi-res pictures of athletes.
I asked the admin but I haven't received a response so far.
And with the reverse search function of Google I have only found plenty of sites with galleries, but no name.
