pop up galleries :(Surfing Tips
This is a little complicated, but doable for almost any popup type gallery. You will need 2 FireFox extensions to do this: DownThemAll, and FlashGot
- Navigate to the gallery you want to download.
- Go to the last picture, and view it in the popup.
- Right click on the image, Select "Build Gallery" (this is a FlashGot option).
- Ignore the "Preview" URL edit box (this will embed every single picture in the popup window; the one below that will just create hyperlinks for you)
- In the "Content" edit box, you will notice the URL to the picture, plus a couple of numbered ranges enclosed in brackets like [099-099;1]
- You are interested in the LAST one of these, the one on the filename for the JPG file. Edit this so the rage instead of just being the last one, eg, MONICAMILLERSONJAADAMSBLKLINGERIE[025-025;1].JPG should be the full range: MONICAMILLERSONJAADAMSBLKLINGERIE[001-025;1].JPG
- Press ENTER
- You wil now notice in the popup window with the picture a list of hyperlinks to all the pictures appears
- Now use DownThemAll to download them:
- By default, FlashGot will use DownThemAll to download, so,
- right-click on an empty area in the popup window, and select FlashGot All
- You will get a DownThemAll dialog box
- Navigate to the proper "Save Files In" folder
- Check the "Images" checkbox under filters. All the image links should now be selected.
- Click the "Start!" button
That's it! (*whew!*)
