I knew I had seen her somewhere. I used to have some BlackCat stuff but lost it. BlackCat was active back in 1999-2001 and as I recall did scan some asian magazines. I have a feeling that "Bishojo-Kiko" was probably one of those. BlackCat also had some underage models. Not underage back then, since the laws were different and most european and asian countries did not have any. A lot of early MET stuff is gone due to the laws in the US about no model being under 18 when photographed. This set must have been out late in 1999 or early 2000 but those covers are not available anymore at MET. I would caution you that although she looks to be old enough she might be underage.
