Hey, it's easy 
Just save the pics to your hard drive, go to www.imagevenue.com, browse for your saved pictures, select "not safe for work" under "Select image content", then click "Send file(s)".
Once uploaded, just copy the code in the box under "Hotlink a clickable thumbnail on a Forum..." and paste it into your forum post.
