Not sure what you mean with 'networking our boards', but problem or handicap will be the language-barrier. In Europe there are dozens of very good and active BBS and forums, but their members only command the language of the country where it is. Eg. there are extremely good Russian boards (approx.6 of them) but with no language-tool, only Russian. I'm a moderator in one of them, but all is done in Russian. Further more there are the legal implications. Based on the number of American members and given fact that server is in US, you'll have the legal age problem. In 99% of European countries legal age is 16y (in some even 14y). Same situation in France and Germany. In Holland there are about 15 BBS-boards like Peachy18 of which approx.4 are really worthwile to participate (no language barriers in Holland).
Frankly speaking I believe that first priority i.s.o. expanding and networking would have to be to put Peachy18 v2 back with both 2 feet on solid ground. We have lost a large number of active and participating members, following the many changes a.w.a. board-breakdowns. (Even now I see the 'server busy' and Server Error '/'Applications notices far too often lately....) The number of present posts in the boards is only a fraction of what it used to be.
Making Peachy18 more attractive; organizing competitions etc etc. So many things to be done in our house first.
