usenetbinaries: check the small print under the sign up form!!!

New Account Secure Signup
To create an account on UsenetBinaries.com, simply type your email address into the form below. We will instantly send you an email with your email validation link. You must click this link to complete registration.

Email address:
Email address (again):

email me with my validation link

Important! - Please note that free email address domains (e.g. hotmail.com, yahoo.com, etc) are not eligible for free trial accounts to prevent abuse.

We do not share your personal information or email address with third parties - see our privacy policy.

I get a message stating:
"as noted on the first page of signup, free email domains are not eligble for free accounts."

This does not make sense, because I pay for my email address.
I've contacted UsenetBinaries.com about this, but they can/will do nothing.

Does anyone else have this problem, or have any suggestion?   mike.

perhaps your e-mail provider also has free accounts, putting you into the "free" domain at Usenet.

At any rate, there's no reason for you to give out your private e-mail addy to anyone you don't know.  I use www.fastmail.fm/ for my account at UseNet, it's free and I don't get SPAM in my personal inbox because I only use it for sites like usenet.

still new here:) but i found something alot like usernet binaries, for me its a little better too:

www. pictureview.com ( you may already know this, then sorry)
-REMOVED-

now, what you need to do is regurly -REMOVED- for new passes, there is a new one already there as i type this...

furthermore, when you get a screen saying, something like ' exceeded bandwidth ' or ' multiple user..etc'.. all you need to do is clear your cookies

for e.g in firefox (which i use) go to tools - options - privacy and then clear the cookies tab

and sorry for all the detail ...let me know what you think Mike
