okay ... so Isaac Hayes wants a release from his contract with South Park based on his "new found" religious beliefs.
how nice of him to 'wake up' after all those previous episodes where he was part of the process, never mind the fact he's cashed many cheques from that show which virtually revised his dead career.

as you can probably figure I'm a die-hard South Park fan... check out the link.

Read the article until noticed his new religion is Scientology... c'mon!

Ok, now I'm being intolerant, but at least I'm not paying tons of cash for consultation of a non-licensed "psyciatrist", taking sauna&cool water&electric shock -combos, believing in a story written by a B-scifi writer (Hubbart) about how we should aim for being etheric alpha-people from outer space or the worst of all... following arrogant, egocentric celebrities like Tom Cruise & Travolta! Horrified [=8-@]

man thats fucking lousy.  so they aren't going to have chef at all in the new season?  they could just imitate his voice like they do all those other celebrities they ridicule.  i'm sorry but, if you're going to find religion, find one that was around before your grandpa!  oh well.  its good to believe in something.  but bullshit?  you don't need faith in that, i see it every day!

* this kinda shit just keeps re-affirming my belief that religion is going to destroy this planet one way or the other.

* kind of ironic for all those religious people who believe that religion created this planet in the first place.

see ya on the other side...

Looks like "South Park" outsmartens Scientogly
like you would expect them to do Big Smile [:D] Big Smile [:D]

Found today at imdb:

Chef Returns for 'South Park' Premiere

Trey Parker and Matt Stone have filmed a last-minute episode of South Park in response to Scientologist Isaac Hayes' request to be released from his contract because the show mocked his religion. The creators are launching the tenth season of the series on US network Comedy Central on Wednesday, with an episode featuring Hayes' character Chef. Because South Park episodes only take six days to create, Stone and Parker were able to react to the current controversy soon after it happened. According to a Comedy Central press release, the show will feature, "The triumphant homecoming of school chef Jerome McElroy. While Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman are thrilled to have their old friend back, they notice that something about Chef seems different. When Chef's strange behavior starts getting him in trouble, the boys pull out all stops to save him."

"Hayes and his "South Park" alter ego are at the center of an ongoing flap over an episode last November that poked fun at the Church of Scientology and its celebrity adherents, including actor Tom Cruise.

The tenth season of "South Park" will launch Wednesday with a new episode titled "The Return of Chef!", marking the "triumphant homecoming" of lusty school cafeteria cook James "Chef" McElroy to the show, the network said in a statement.

Hayes, 63, himself a follower of Scientology, surprised producers a week ago by announcing he was leaving the series because he objected to its "inappropriate ridicule" of religion, though he made no reference to the show's spoof of Scientology last fall.

Two days later, Comedy Central abruptly pulled a scheduled repeat of that episode, titled "Trapped in the Closet." Sources close to the show said the rerun was canceled after Cruise threatened to boycott promotion of his upcoming film, "Mission: Impossible III," for sister studio Paramount Pictures."

i'm still undecided whether i'm going to see MI3.  i don't really want to give that fruitcake any more of my hard earned money.

theres this commercial on comedy central running right now promoting the new season, where it says, "a new season of southpark is born"  and cartman pops out of a cow vag covered in goo.  i mean come on people, the show is successful becuase it is offensive and objectionable to every race, religion, orientation, etc

Tom Cruise needs a serious attitude adjustment ... when an actor has that kind of power (affecting other shows, actors, etc.) they need to be brought back down to the publics' level.
** remember Mr. Cruise - the people who put you up on that pedestal to begin with, can very easily bring you right the fuck back down ... you little wanker !!!

as Cartman would say "screw you guys ... I'm goin' home!"

i guess, technically speaking, with the crapping the pants, he really was dead, but his mechanically reincarnated body maybe haunt southpark for another five seasons.  kind of like when kenny really died, and then he just subliminates out of thin air, and they say, oh hey kenny
