I'm not sure.  That is a very old set but I think it came out when MET was doing it's short lived Met-Girls back in 2003 - 2004.  The model was probably never identified if I am right.  Met-girls rarely ever "named" the models.

I digged very deep into the old MET indexes but couldn't find her either.

Lately there are a lot of bogus-sites around with galleries of fake/non-existing 'MET'-girls only for the 'cash-clicks'

I am sooooo sorry.  I was wrong!!!  I guess there is a first time for everything. lol  Actually I did some looking and found her in 2005.  Her name is ADA.  I should have looked more closely at the url.  Unfortunately I am sure it was a one time shoot, since I have seen no other releases of her (and for that matter I don't recall any others from the photographer).  I believe the cover was released 01-25-05 but not sure of that. I had an Alzheimers moment and forgot to copy the cover.   I'm also glad that even the mighty funky missed her too.
