This is Liz Ashley writing this, I am here with Fotozman shooting and saw the post about lizashleynude. I felt the need to tell you all {my cherished fans} the story about what these people did to me.
I set up a shoot with them in Las Vegas many years ago and shot with them ALL day.... They had their act down pat, being very courteous, very charming, {they being a couple} very hospitable the whole day. I knew I was shooting for a paysite, {badgirls} but never was it discussed it would be to launch a website using MY name!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They paid me for the shoot, and brought me back to the Hotel I was staying at. I left feeling it was a good shoot.
Weeks went by and I decided that I was going back to Las Vegas for a paying job. I put up a travel notification on onemodelplace and they contacted me immediately wanting to book another shoot. Meanwhile, I googled my name and found this site: lizashleynude.com. I was appauled. I entered the guest pages and realized who shot them. I called them under the pretense that I was booking our next shoot {knowing they would never talk about this with me had I known about lizashleynude.com and I confronted the "boyfriend" character about the site. He sat there on the phone in silence unable to conjer up any lie to tell me. I begged him to take the site down and he refused. {This is AFTER I offered the payment back for the images they took.} He told me he could change the tour name. I agreed. But nothing ever happened...
Here is an email from them and their "webmaster" discussing the entire situation: {yes I keep records OF EVERYTHING!!!!}
START FROM THE BOTTOM AND SCROLL UP:
Oh I thought that call was before our last e-mail. Ok so you want me to take
down the site. I'm sorry but $600 doesn't even scratch the surface of what
that would cost. Taking down this site is not an option and we have
consulted our attorney in the matter. You may not like the presentation of
your pictures, but these pictures are ours to sell,market,exploit as we see
fit and the Term "LIZ ASHLEY" is something you do not own. It's NOT your
name and it's not a trademark entity that you do not own.
So if you feel you have a case then I suggest you consult your attorney and
have him call us.

Hello,
why is there a delay in taking the site down? I have consulted with
photographers that run sites like yours and they told me you can take it
down at any time.
I have been decieved and you have stolen my name.. You are operating a site
like it is my own... I would feel more comfortable if you would allow me to
return your 600 $ and give me back the release.
Not true? Explain..

I don't know what you mean by "answer"..there's nothing we can
really do at this point but change the tour and name and I said we
would do that. My webmaster will design another tour

I could do a whole new name but I can't change the current links
that exist. plus I can not allow the webmasters that promote
lizashleynude.com to have them remove the links. There are 1800
affiliates with that link up.. It's high on the google ranking, due
to the fact it's new and alot of traffic is hitting it. It will die
around 30 days. But you've done years of nude photos and we
really didn't think this would be a problem. We have a collection of
your photos and we are presenting them in our collection of girls. We
are sorry this has caused you stress, but any famous female you type in
google will be connected to some porn site...because it's how webmasters market into the search engine with Keywords.
We can not control how a site is marketed once it's released to the public

NOONE in all my 7 YEARS of modeling has ever done this to me. Its unbelievable......I just wanted you to know the severity of this and how it affected me as a young girl when it occured...
So, in closing I want to say THANK YOU to all my fans who have supported me and my dreams... I love my job and I love what I do, but unfortunately you run into people who are exploitive. This was a very sad time in my life as I truly felt what it was like to feel used. I later found out that they have done this to over 30 girls over the years. I could've sued them, because I did have grounds but I did not have the financial power to go after them as I wanted.
However, I look forward to many years of modeling and running my own beautiful site that will blow their site away.......
