Oh yes..... By more people than you would like to know....
Your ISP tracks everything. Depending on your country they're forced by law to keep records for min. 1 year.
If you're using a private stand-alone computer it's your own responsibility. If you're using a computer at your work, your co's system-operator might like to have word with you....
Some sites plant a 'cookie' with you i.o. to track your surfing. (Clear cookies daily !)
If they're suspiscious even law-enforcement agencies can keep track nowadays.
