I have emailed KarupsPC about this set and a few other older sets.  This was their reply:

Hi,

Major Internet rules and regulations were changed in 01. Because of these changes we had to remove this content. The good news is we have most of it and are working to reindex it again per the current regulations and will add it back to the site. We have no ETA on how long before it will be available but please know we are working on it.

They hoped by fall of 2010 they would have the old content "up" agian, but as of september they stated it would likely be 2011 sometime.
