I am starting to think that Ellie Idol and the cosplaying Collie are
the same girl. After viewing Ms. Collie's profile as seen in
http://forums.cosplay.com/member.php?u=2498 and Ellie's mini profile in
http://www.atkgallery.com/gcfree/2007/012007/amweek/ , one can notice
several similarities.
Both give her age as 19 years old, mention
Washington state, and also mention the name of actor Hugh
Jackman. Of course these may all be coincidences; however, there
are also evidence seen in the pictures as well. Again, after
looking through Ms. Collie's cosplay and non-cosplay pictures at
aformentioned cosplay website, one can see several similarities between
Ellie Idol and Ms. Collie in terms of birthmarks. Both of them
have a mole or some kind of small mark towards the left of her
neck. Both also have a mole towards the right side of their
back. In addition, in one of Ms. Collie's pictures, she can be
seen wearing a ring on her middle finger on her right hand. This
is also where Ellie Idol wears her ring, which looks very similar to
Ms. Collie's, during her Brandi Bell videos and ATK and
DirtyLittleChloe photosets.
Of course, cosplaying Collie looks
more similar to DirtyLittleChloe than Ellie from ATK or Brandi Belle,
which if they are the same person, would suggest that the
DirtyLittleChloe works are older. I am not saying that cosplaying
Collie and Ellie Idol are the definately the same person, but there is
some if not strong evidence that they are indeed the same. If
they are the same person, they I guess we know how cosplaying Collie
pays for her very nice and elaborate costumes, which shows that she has
great talent and skill. Sorry for the long post; I just wanted to
share my observation :)
