Well, I completely missed it, but the page says her name is Andy from the Czech Republic.

Edit #2: ...and an Ask Jolene search returns 7 results. Note to self: Look a little closer befor posting.

Edit #3: Apparently her name is NOT Andy. The links on Ask Jolene lead to a different girl, and here is another link from ATH, that says her name is Megan as well.
