Please delete my account, i get too many email on forums i do not follow which flood my inbox. I'm not a Mod, but maybe I can help. There's a way to stop getting all of those emails. Go to your Member Profile, (where your name shows up on the top of the page or any post you've made). See Options. Go to Edit My Profile and then the Email tab on top. You can change who you get emails from, see my screen cap below. I only get important emails from here, not replies to every thread I've ever posted in, thank goodness.

You shouldn't get any more mew emails about topic upgrades - that feature is turned off. I don't advice removing the email address.
