The interview where Emma supposedly said this has been revealed to be a fake. There's no such interviewer or media as mentioned in the article - a number of rumor sites investigated and a statement was released in the main stream media that it was all a fake. 

She's 17 now - was legal back when she was 16 in England, but, if any of us USA guys in certain states were to do her, we'd be in jail. I'd prolly move to England for her. lol.  

Both have stated that she never said this during any interview they had with her.
