Positive, you'll find the postdate of each picture right above it. The first one was posted july 18th 2008.
Also, that website has been online for years, I'm pretty sure it would have been taken offline by now would it have been posting underage material. Fakes, but still illegal nonetheless. Same goes with the Amanda Bynes and Hillary Duff pics back in the day. As far as I know you won't break any laws visiting that site

No it's the photographer saying her to do that.. it's not any less fake than fake celebs.

So you are telling me that imagining yourself having sex with Emma Watson (or insert your favorite famous girl here) does NOT turn you on at all. Thinking about a night with your favorite celeb does NOTHING for you right? I mean it's "FAKE. it is not real." so whats the point right?

It's EXACTLY the same thing. Of course we all wanna see the real deal more... but if your imagination does not turn you on, then I feel sorry for you.

If you've gotta use your imagination anyway why not look at a real picture of her fully clothed and imagine what it looks like underneath as opposed to looking at a picture of her face and pretending that other chick's body belongs to it? Fakes are a crutch for simple minded and unimaginative people.
