This is strange indeed. According to ATK Hairy, there are two girls here, Erica (model ID: eri051) and Lauren (model ID: eri054):

Erica is the one with the stripes tattoo.
I remember that a couple of months ago I saw two Ericas with the same thumb in the model directory. Looks like they renamed one of them to Lauren (but forgot to change the name in her profile). The profiles are completely different, e.g., Erica is listed as 18 years old while Lauren is 21 years old.
