Interesting website, thanks for the link. I checked out some of the Rachel Nichols posts and can't figure why so many people think she's cold and robotic. I watch waaay too much ESPN and have for a long time, and she's no different than any other reporter they have. It's just the anchors who try to act silly, the reporters just spit out the facts, always have. In fact, Rachel Nichols is probably the warmest in her presentation...kinda reminds me of a high school chick dishing out gossip, and she almost always ends her reports with these cute little wry smiles, like this...Rachel Nichols, ESPN (insert wry smile here). 
Wendy Nix is the most rigid in her presentation, relatively speaking, but she's still fine...
