MPL Studios: Sorry to disappoint, but that's not how it works. Here's the inside perpective on how it does work. There's no "branching out" going on with Anya and there never has been, although maybe it seems that way when a series suddenly shows up on another site. Every Anya photo so far produced is shot by the same one photographer who has a contract agreement to photograph Anya exclusively for MPL. Some series, such as the Domai one recently posted and the small number of series you've seen on all other sites were purposefully allocated to them early last winter, all in the same one month period. Most , if not all, of those sold series, all indoor work, have been published. That may not make sense to people, but that's not the issue. There are good reasons for doing this that aren't important to this thread.
I see, so of what he produces you become copyright holders? Moreover, if he were to sell his content to a third party that would be in breach of contract and you would not be entitled to pay him or you could even file under tort law?
The contract would only bind you and the photographer not the model though, correct? Say if Anya or some other girl, for example, chose to shoot with another photographer, then it would seem difficult how you could prevent them.
