I use Firefox as a second browser, mainly because it has a few useful add-ons/ plug-ins such as Imagehost Grabber (IHG). However, one of the later updates of Firefox discontinued support for IHG (and several other tools). That has now been fixed by IHG by making themselves compatible with the new Firefox instead of the other way around. It is important to get the add-on directly from the IHG site, as otherwise no support is provided for the continuous stream of host updates.
My first browser is google chrome, as for some reason it seems faster than the rest. Third and fourth back-ups are Pale Moon (which is an independant skeleton version of firefox) and opera. IHG works fine with Pale Moon. Although I do have IE, I do not use it for several reasons, chiefly privacy related.
A short note on IHG. Ever visited a website with loads of clickable thumbnails and no zip downloads? Of course you have, because Peachyforum is one. You have to click each image individually to view the full-size image and often get loads of pop-ups, pop-unders or other unwanted crap. IHG will grab all the full-size images on the full page with just two clicks.
