I am not at all into Slav chicks. For one, they tend to have hard, angular faces, sharp edges and of course, their language and accent totally ruins it for me. I just think that a nice language or dialect and proper word usage are a major turn-on.
Italian men are indeed rumored to be incredible stuts, but I think Italian women are much better than them. For one thing, Italians are MUCH smaller than someplace else in Europe, and they also tend to be better stoked. (I swear when I was last in a mon-tourists area in Italy I sat down in a cafe and watched the people passing me by, I saw not one fat girl, not one, which is surprising seeing as how they have delicious food down there!)
So, being small is a good thing for girls, but not so much for a guy. In Italy, 1.70 m is considered tall for a man, I am Austrian and around here 1.70m men are considered just short of tiny. I do like Italian men because of their skin tone and their dark eyes, but as far as men go I say Portuguese guys are the best (Cristiano Ronaldo, anyone?). I've fucked a couple of Italian guys and I can tell you - they're not too big down there either.
But, Italian women, woah. I like dark hair and eyes, and I like small women, so they're almost perfect for me. What I don't like so much about them is that Italians tend to have long and thin noses, that seem too big on their faces. Italians today have Greek and Roman blood, and the Greek part explains their noses a bit.
I don't know about Skandinavian people though. They intrigue me, because from what I've heard, they tend to be darker in character and think more (because it's so cold up there, hence more depressing), which also explains the tons of great Finnish and Norwegian rock and goth music. I'm not too much into sunny characters (but I like the overall tendency of Italian people to be very emotional and almost aggressive), but I also don't like blondes much. What a misery.
