I've went thru some forum options and still, yet there's not really an easy way to remove someone compeletely. Like a button "remove account" and the account would get closed.
But what I can basicly do (and what would mean the same) is:
rename the account to something "temp" +
ban +
change email
...and hope you will come back some day!
