Haven't viewed the whole site extensively, but at first glance it looks like a normal BBS Forum.

Noticed a lot of copyrighted stuff.  So be cautious posting links here.....

What about posting links to movies on $exy$hare.net?  There is soooo much on that site!

I take it there's a new policy on Peachy?  When threads are closed due to the girls being determined to be underage? or problems with the host-site? the threads are now removed entirely, rather than simply locked.  Couldn't one thread (not including URLs) here at least mention what the general story was (girls too young, redirections, copyright infringements) without causing Peachy legal problems?

If girls are clearly u nder aged or #2257 is missing, individual posts and/or the entire threads are being removed straight away.

The list of banned sites mentioned in  http://peachyforum.com/forums/thread/296139.aspx  refers to sites through which a lot of file-sharing with copyrighted stuff had been posted here.

Our webmaster Vatsis was rightfully fed up having to face all kinds of legal problems with various webmasters attacking Peachy because of this.

So policy here is simple: NO copyrighted full sets.  (see also general notice on forum-mainpage)

Thumbs up!

Aha!  Thanks for the reply, I'm glad I didn't get kicked off of here for anything like that.  I enjoy this site immensely, and would really be bummed out if I got bumped off for not paying attention to the rules!  Read rules!

Question:

From time to time I find sites where users can post their pics. I am not talking about sites listed on the "Banned Sites List".

How do I know what a "full set" is? If, e.g. a original set consists of 100 pics, and I post 90 or 99 of them, is this still a full set?

And about copyright: Isn't every picture copyrighted? Or is just a "full set" copyrighted, but not a single picture?

A good example is the following, I posted links to this site a few times, but don't want to cause any problems, so I ask:

[removed] How can one know if this is a "copyrighted full set"?

this is a matter of common sense. this forum is for tgp links, usually 12-16 pics, sometimes as few as 6, sometimes as many as 30. 90 (or 70, or 50 even) is too many. no one should be posting pics anyway, except for ID purposes. this isn't a tgp site. it's a forum for posting links to copyright compliant pics at other copyright compliant sites.

every pic is copyrighted. every single one. i'm sure all the technical legalities have been hashed out elsewhere by well-paid lawyers and such, but the idea is that copyright holders accept free use of a limited number of reduced resolution pics for promotional purposes only. the copyright holders give out a few cheap freebies hoping you'll go pay for the good stuff.

so good that i deleted it. 60 pics or so. 2000 x 3000 (that's full content resolution, usually the most you'll find that's "safe"  is 800 x 1200). pics aren't hosted at the site itself but at an image host where anyone can upload their full content. definitely a copyright violation.

basically, if you stumble upon something that you think other people who don't know any better go and pay for, it's no go here.
