Good post. As a 2 or 3 time subscriber to Kari's site, I guess I would have to admit that she's captured my imagination, as well as a few dollars!  That's all good, she hasn't disappointed me.  But my point is this...when you post material on a website, just like when you use a credit card or banking information online, you run the risk of someone taking what's rightfully yours and using it to his/her/their own advantage.  And as much as I like finding those Kari freebies online, I have to say I respect her (& Felix's) diligence in getting rid of those freebies ASAP.  After all, they are running a business and as such they are entitled to protect their interests...and Kari's assets (poor pun but intended).  So the fact that she has not updated in awhile might mean that she's waiting until she finds a way to better protect what's hers.  And I don't know about you, but I'll keep checking back...

Seems you have some sympathetic posters here--at least, some who try to understand things from your/Felix'/Kari's POV. Are there some things about the business in general that you wish more fans understood? This is a forum... you should feel welcome (some exceptions having been previously noted) to use it and educate us.

They say the best customers are those who understand your business. If I'm a consumer of your product, how does it help me if I put you out of business or cause you to increase your prices?

Here's a starter question: Are there services you can contract to regularly search the web for illegal postings of your material (and how much do they typically charge?), or is it simply up to each business owner to "ride the range, find his own lost/rustled cattle, and mend any broken fences?" (That there's some authentic American cowboy talk!)

 For the first time today I saw the Girls Gone Wild ad on TV that had Kari in it. I almost pointed it out to my wife who was wathicng TV also, then realized I'd have to explain how I knew of Kari in the first place, and thought better of it.
