Probably just a bad set for any number of reasons (full moon, water retention, tired, weather, bad sushi the previous day, photographer/crew personality, boyfriend issues, etc.). I lose my studly physique and bloat up after eating corn chips. There are often a few unattractive sets with all models. The face makeup doesn't help either. She looks better without any.
