I do understand your pain! Also done lot's of work just to notice it getting torn off the net later. We love our forum and every post in it, protect the topics till the end. We remove no topics due to empty threats, sentimental stories or some faked letters - you may trust on that. A popular topic (and not only small parts of it) is only removed when we get a signed letter with real contact names, passport pictures, contracts and have tried our best (even in phone) to get things settled with the models or site owners. Small posts are modified when we clearly see it's going to that in the long run.
When we remove something, we report with edit notes and watch each others' doings (like good communits do). I cannot even fully delete anything - deleted topics go to our "trash bin". And if I don't report a good reason, other admins (mostly Funky) will surely have questions about it.
Thanks for the development idea about speeding the process! We use edit notes and email templates, so most of you know when the topic has been removed/moved. Everybody should make sure that you're email address is up to date and you've allowed the forum to take contact on your profile!
We're also getting better when communicating about deleted/moved posts. A few days back we managed to spare enough server resources to get Private Message notification feature.
Still one thing - Don't ever think getting post removed is your or anyone other member's fault. This problem is with the concept of PeachyForum. Other sites promote only popular celebs/pornstars, those are used to news and attention about minor things in their life without getting upset. However, we're mostly about tons of less known models without clear contracts in their language. The big porn stars have their own companies/representatives, but the less known ones require the most of our time when we try to get things settled (mostly in Russian). But they still can put lots of their work and money in letters, lawyers etc. and force some pictures off.
