I know my website is "banned" here for some reason so I'm sorry if I'm not allowed to post here... but this is about my company so I feel I have a right to post.
All I can say is WOW! I had gotten several emails about this forum but I did not expect to see all this stuff when I got here! Where to start.........
Okay well first of all, skdabrick DOES NOT work for Asphericash. He is just a fan of my site and has been talking to me on AIM a lot. He asks a lot of questions and I did not know he would be posting the majority of our conversations on this forum.
Now, I realize that there has been a lot of complaints about Asphericash and the planet sites in the past. The sites were first created by Preston, who is now my husband. However he created most of the sites before I had even met him. When the sites were first started yes, they were not how they should have been for whatever reason. I run my own website, always have, always will, this was before I met Preston, and I know how important it is to have updates on time and do exactly what you say you're going to do.
When I came into the picture I started to help clean up the sites and the Asphericash image. It's a lot to do. However we have made some huge improvements. As surfers, you might not notice them but trust me, things are really moving upward.
Why didn't the websites update in the past like they were supposed to? Because the models are very hard to work with. We have completely changed the way we hire models now so that this sort of thing doesn't happen to our new sites. As far as the original girls... Katie, Summer, Mandy... it is very hard to get them to cooperate. They tell us they are going to show up - then they don't show up. We have to track them down and explain to them why it's important for them to show. They promise to do cam shows and never make it. This is nothing we can control. We try our hardest but when it comes down to it we cannot force these girls give a crap about their sites. They have been disciplined and are starting to work as they should now. Things are getting better. ALL of the sites are updating on time with photos with the exception of Summer. Summer had some serious personal issues and was unable to shoot for months. She is getting better now and we are shooting again regularly. The videos are a hard thing to get the original models to take the time to do. Most of the time they are in such a hurry to shoot and get out to being with friends that they refuse to do videos. This has since changed. We have A LOT of stored up videos now because the girls were disciplined in a way that made them wake up and realize they will not continue to get paid without working. Each girl is now back on a cam show schedule and actually showing up for their shows.
Things are GREATLY improving and looking up for all of the sites. Yes there were mistakes in the past but we are trying very hard to clean everything up and WEED out the bad sites.
Speaking of weeding out bad sites.....
Brook was fired. She got upset because her sales were low, which was not our fault, she is just very hard to sell. She was fired because of her actions on a trip that we took the models on to Vegas. She wanted to keep getting paid her full percentage after being fired. It just doesn't work like that. Her site has since come down completely. She attempted to sue our company but didn't even do it correctly. Needless to say, her case was dropped. She will tell you that she was not paid and that is because she was not paid her full percentage because she was not doing her full job. After she was fired she was asked to return the computer she borrowed to work on her site with and refused. Her royalty checks were held to cover the cost of the computer.
Allie - it just didn't work out with Allie for whatever reason. I don't know because this happened before I came around. Her site is still up but will come down in the near future.
Eva - Eva is a difficult subject to explain. She quit working for us and started working for Dave and Reanna. More power to her. She was far to difficult to work with and not worth the hassle.
Reanna - Reanna wanted to be her own webmaster. More power to her. She has her own site and program now with Dave.
Eva, Reanna, and Dave (the photographer for Eva and Reanna) may all tell you that they were not paid but trust me, they were. Why would we not pay them? There was one instance where a CCBill pay split randomly went to Brooke instead of Dave and it took us a lot of time to get the money back from Brook to give to Dave. We have since had the CCBill splits removed and everyone is paid weekly by a check from our company. That is where Dave got pissed and Reanna and Eva decided to jump ship. All three of them are far, far to difficult to work with because they all stab each other in the back left and right and you can't trust what any of them say. One day Reanna would tell us something, then she would turn around and say the opposite to Dave. We don't need that kind of drama. Dave ended up getting all the pay owed to him from the CCBill error (and it was an error on CCBill’s part, not ours) and each one of them is paid in full for their work.
This whole “people not being paid” thing is complete crap and started because of Dave, Reanna, and Eva getting upset and spreading rumors. Apparently they have won over some people on believing their lies, but the majority of respectable webmasters won’t give any of these three the time of day because it is a well known fact that they reek of drama.
Mandy is far from quitting. I don’t know where you heard that but it is completely false. We just shot photos of her again yesterday. Katie and Summer are not quitting, and neither is Corrina or Chelsea. We have a hot new model Nikki launching soon. Again, things are improving. All three of these new models are fresh faces, never have modeled online before. You can be sure their sites will update as scheduled with photos and videos because we have completely changed the way we hire models and handle sites.
Our program is greatly improved. Most of these things you are talking about are old news.
Nacht, I’m pretty unclear on what you are talking about with the 2257 stuff. No one has EVER owned or co-owned the Planet sites except Preston. Preston and I are the ONLY owners, there are no co-owners. Preston has built all of the sites himself since day one, until TJ was hired and redesigned them. TJ is still our designer and lives with Preston and I.
Melted Core Productions was the name that Preston did business under before it was Aspherica LLC. Do you see the problems you create when you go off your own assumptions? You were saying that Melted Core Productions was not paid for their work on the sites? Preston IS Melted Core Productions.
As far as the error that was on the site… that legal.php file is a php include on each of the sites. The error was temporary for whatever reason it happened, usually because of a database issue. That is it. There is nothing more than that. What that error meant was that at the time you tried to visit the site the legal.php file could not be called. It’s not a big deal by any means, and I’m pretty unclear on why it is an issue to anyone here.
There are so many issues I could address and things that you have said, Nacht, that are very inaccurate that I could explain but there are too many for me to remember off the top of my head so if anyone has anything else they would like cleared up, just ask me.
I am obviously aware of how CCBill handles refunds and chargebacks. Skdabrick was completely out of line in trying to explain anything and I won’t be talking to him about this anymore, that’s for sure. I have also asked him not to try to come on here and explain anything anymore either because all he is doing is creating more problems.
Like I said if anyone else has anything they would like addressed, feel free to ask me here, email me sarah@asphericash.com or hit me up on AIM heyitssarahtime. I have no problem explaining to anyone anything they have questions on.
That especially includes you, Nacht. I would love to talk to you so I can answer and clear up all of your questions and inaccurate assumptions.
Now, this thread on this forum is a place to share photos of Summer. So I think it’s safe to say that you can continue doing that and quit trying to analyze what you think is wrong with our program, so long as you obviously do not post full sets, full zips, for full videos.
By the way that reminded me…. False advertising was mentioned…. Marketing for websites like these are not like marketing for any other websites. The girls are obviously not 19 year after year, etc. The zips say “nudity” on them because topless is considered “nudity” in this industry. If you don’t like the prices please don’t buy the zips. It’s safe to assume that if the girl is non nude on her site, she is topless in zips. If she is topless on her site, she is fully nude in her zips. This is true for any site, not just the planet sites.
Okay that’s all from me. Carry on…..
