It's not a matter of discretion. The rule is in place to prevent any one member from filling the forum with too many requests.

You can request another girl in 24 hours, but you can also make an OnlyTease theme in "Theme of Your Own!" if you like.

Ok it was quite stupid of me to breake the rules
