If you want to upload a file you go on the site rapidshare.de and than you click browse and you select the file you want, than you click the button upload! and you wait without closing the page until the upload finish. The will give you the download link.
For downloading you scroll down the page and you click the free button, than anonther page comes with a countdown. Wait until it goes to zero and you can download your file.
