I met Kelly O'Dell in a shop in San Diego in the early '90's. She was very small and very thin (I particularly noticed her legs, because she was wearing shorts) with a hump on her nose. I had no idea who she was and didn't find her particularly attractive, though I spoke to her for a minute and she seemed nice enough. A dude was with her, sort of like her protector or maybe her "boyfriend." She told me who she was, and what her favorite scene she ever did (at that time) was. It was a tag-team scene in Kelly 18 that she "really got off good" in.
Later on I saw a few of her flicks, and she was really
quite pretty and energetic in them, making me realize that either I she cleans up well on film, or I had just caught her on an off day. Maybe both. The Kelly 18 scene she mentioned was one of the best I've seen, so her experience must have come through on film.
Several years ago I ran across her homepage, and by that time she had had a kid, gotten the obligatory big rubber tits, and looked quite different overall. Hey, nobody stays the same. Her Yahoo or ICQ (or whatever) handle was listed on the site, so I messaged her saying I had met her years before in S.D. She told me she was now (again, several years ago) running an outcall stripper service, and that the next time I was in S.D. to give her a call, lol.
