Not a single week goes by that we dont receive a request or even a legal threat demanding that we remove a particular thread. But, and here is the funny thing.. Anyone can turn right around and go elsewhere to get the full quality, full content. Yet, you would rather bother the little people who are actually helping to promote your site, because you think they are an easy push over. I have news for you.

In the event that someone has posted personal or private information and we happened to miss it (we cannot see everything), report it and we will remove it (that post). Do not threaten us with a good time. If someone is posting your copyrighted content via an image host, again, report it and we will clean the thread.

If you are a model who has retired, married, has kids, and no longer wants to be seen naked on the internet. Then I suppose you should have thought of that before you did it. We are not hosting your stuff in any way, if you no longer wish to be seen then I would suggest you go complain to the hosters that are putting up your legitimately legal and free galleries (that YOU posed for) and ask THEM to remove them. We are not responsible for YOUR actions and furthermore we are not the people hosting whatever it may be that you want removed. Asking us to remove your thread is like going to the library and requesting that they remove your name from the card catalog, but leave all the books about you there.

As for any webmaster stupid enough to believe that they can send us takedown notice, you better get your fucking lawyers together because there is NOTHING illegal about us having an index of outside hosted links. If you have a problem with free promotion, then why is your content available at said links.com? You put it up there, but I suppose you did not want anyone to look at it? We have taken extreme measures to ensure that your full-non promotional content can not be linked to, streamed, or downloaded as a result of a posting here. Take a look at DMCA 512 title 17 chapter 5. Then go read up on OCILLA. If you send us a takedown notice what good is it really going to do?

That said, if you are going to complain and demand that we remove a models thread save your time and your breath.

As always, comments and feedback are welcome here.
