it is a link to the file, one needs to wait and read what happens at that site, download the rar file and open with a shareware program called winrar

Don't attempt to download just by clicking the link above with the mouse right button ...

Rather
  • click link with the left button (you will enter RAPIDSHARE hosting facility)
  • scroll down the page
  • on the bottom line 'Select your download', click on FREE.
  • Follow the instructions ... you will be asked to wait a certain amount of seconds, after the countdown you will see (at last!) a download link.
  • Use that download link to D/L as you usually do (right button, save as ... etc.,.etc...)
  • You will obtain a *.RAR file. Use WinRAR to unzip the file.
