On certain sites I get a popup of an image upon hovering over the thumbnail with the mouse. but when I move the mouse away to save the pic the popup closes and the pic is gone. I tried Opera and Firefox but no luck with all I tried. any ideas? thanks

What site? In the ones that I tested the enlarged java popup image was save-able simply by right clicking the larger image, and choosing to save it. In any case, if the image fits on the screen you can always hit the print screen key then paste into paint, copy the portion of the enlarged pic and save it that way. Though I hardly doubt it's worth that much trouble. Also, Have you tried Linky and download helper for firefox?

I'm sure I could right click & save but the simple problem is that when I move away from the thumbnail to go to the popup picture the picture disappears again... not tried any plugins as I try a simple solution at first. but if no other ideas I'll go for that...
