If you have that photo as an Avatar, you uploaded it. Do you mean you can't upload it for a reverse-image search? Either way, I did that already. Came up empty. As an interesting side note, most of the "visually similar images" on Google are photos of dudes. Dudes with 6-pk abs, dudes with giant biceps, and one naked-looking buff dude with a dog laying on his crotch. Sort of creepy.
