Can anyone assist in explaining why certain URLs just won't load?

I have a feeling it's my firewall or new security system but it just doesn't fit.

Any NUBILES, PAYSERVE and a few others will not load and just suggest "DONE" in the lower left of the browser window. I didn't always have this problem and have tried tweeking my security but, not turning it off, and these (and several other pages) just load blank.

 Can you help?

Try to open those links with a proxy:

http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html

If you succeed, then for some reason your IP or your country has been blocked.

U.S. blocked? not to mention, other sites work. I would think everything would be blocked.

I'm using  Internet exploder. I did install kaspersky security but when it's blocking something it gives me an alert. Also, it does not correspond exactly with start of my problem.

 Sorry I haven't attended my own query thread. been abit preoccupied
