Patty has changed in so many ways throughout the years, it's pretty hard to keep track of. She's pretty much a free spirit so you never know what to expect her to do tomorrow. That's the charm, beauty and attraction of her and what makes her a master (or mistress) of the craft.
As far as her breasts are concerned, that is the question of the millennia. Nobody can answer that except for Patty herself and she aint talking. There's been concentrated discussions about this for years but nobody knows for sure. You can try googling "natural breast enhancement" as I did, but there's a lot of contradiction from one site to the next so your take on it is as good as anyones. All I know is if they're implants, that's got to be the best work I've ever seen. Mind you, I live in the fake tits capital of the world (Scottsdale, Az) and I've seen some fantastic work, but Patty's are absolutely magnificent. I personally tend to think that Patty's are real. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to feel her up, but they do appear to be rather pliable.
