You are in luck....she is a VERY famous person actually, she is Paulina Poriskova (sp?), a (Czechoslovakian?) fashion model/actress from the '80s/'90s and married to Ric Ocasek of the well known rock band The Cars from the '70s/'80s and featured in their music video 'Drive' as well.
That must be a scene from a real movie because that actor is also well known, that's Thomas Jane.
